What is a seat?

A seat is one user account within your organization workspace. The plan owner (admin) counts as one seat.

Can I mix plans for different users?

No — plans are per-organization. All users in your org share the same plan tier.

What happens when I exceed my seat limit?

You'll need to upgrade your plan before adding more members. Existing members won't be affected.

Do deals and discounts from the Marketplace apply here?

Marketplace deals apply to specific apps or services. Account plan pricing is separate. Enterprise customers can negotiate bundle pricing.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes — upgrades take effect immediately, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
